Infrastructure

One connected production route.

The Production Line

Walk the production route.

Knitting.

6,000kg/day

Mayer & Cie and Unitex machines produce Single Jersey, Interlock, French Terry and Piqué fabrics with consistent construction.

Dyeing.

6,000kg/day

Open-width and tubular systems process cotton, cotton blends and viscose. Stenter and compacting lines control dimensional stability, colour consistency and fabric performance.

Cut, decorate and assemble.

40,000cut pieces/day
30,000printed pieces/day
5 millionembroidery stitches/day
1,000,000sewn garments/month

Automated cutting, Bihong and MHM printing, rotary printing, computerized embroidery and 650 sewing machines move approved fabric into assembled garments.

Quality check.

Fabric, cutting and workmanship checks continue through the line, followed by needle detection and final inspection to the agreed AQL 1.5 or 2.5 standard.

Finishing / Packaging.

Finished garments are prepared and packed against the approved article, labelling and order requirements before release.

The Connected System

Three operational groups. One route.

Fabric formation, surface application and garment making are coordinated around the same article specification and production plan.

Quality Control

Seven checks through the line.

Quality control starts with incoming material and continues through final AQL inspection.

When a check identifies an issue, root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) guide the follow-up.
